Professional info
I am a professional freelance illustrator specializing in fashion, fantasy, zoological, and cryptozoological illustrations. I have worked on children's books and product/graphic design in the past and greatly enjoy both. I work in any medium but specialize in digital illustration and watercolor mixed media. I am an avid fan of video games, dinosaurs, history, horses, and tabletop gaming and particularly am fond of working on projects that support people in being themselves and loving one another. I have spent 3 years working in art education and love teaching and collaboratively working on projects with people. When working in education and private childcare I like to focus on intuitive learning and engaging the child in answering their questions or helping them discover the answers.

Friends of CRLS, Community Volunteering, Cambridge Massachusetts - 2014 to 2016
A program run by parents of students at CRLS who would run concessions, sell tickets, and other small community things. I volunteered with them for three years helping where I can and sometimes running forms to them.
Program Educator and Curriculum Writer, Leap For Education, Lynn Massachusetts - 2024 to now
Wrote the curriculum for and taught a program to integrate art and literature to engage middle school students in both Art and ELA for a group of students with skills in ELA ranging from barely speaking English to advanced vocabulary and reading comprehension. Twice a week, I came in and taught, building the curriculum as we went and adapting it to what the students needed most. After the class section was over, I took the program I developed during that time and adjusted it to a language and format another teacher could execute.
Teaching Assistant, Cambridge Rindge, and Latin School, Cambridge Massachusetts - 2015 - 2016
Through a school program, I would work with a teacher to help them teach their class. I was the Teaching Assistant in a Digital studio course teaching students how to use Photoshop to make art. My responsibilities included making a lesson plan, working with the teacher to manage the class, documenting student participation, and when the teacher was absent, teaching the class, I was not under the responsibility to deal with and properly manage situations of disorder and administrative involvement but unfortunately, that was required of me at one point so I understand how to deal with such situations.
